Menage food products have been vacuum sealed for freshness. This means that the air has been completely removed from the packaging. It is important to remove meat products from the packaging, rinse under cold water, and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before grilling/cooking. This will allow oxygen back into the meat and will ensure that the texture will be great and the flavor outstanding.

I just wanted to add my two cents to let everybody know that this really works great. It truly does bring the full characteristics of the meat out if you will follow those simple instructions.
