Be Sure to "Prep" your food before grilling
Hello Team, Maria Atkins contacted me with a tid bit of information that I believe that you will find helpful in preparing and serving your Menage Food Products, especially the Beef Products.
Menage food products have been vacuum sealed for freshness. This means that the air has been completely removed from the packaging. It is important to remove meat products from the packaging, rinse under cold water, and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before grilling/cooking. This will allow oxygen back into the meat and will ensure that the texture will be great and the flavor outstanding.

By the way, our grocery store, Kroger, is selling bacon wrapped filets for $2 per pound more than Menage. I heard we beat the better restaurants by a mile. I wouldn't know. I have stopped eating steak out.
